Sanctuary Choir
The Sanctuary choir leads the worship service on Sunday mornings
and sings a variety of songs in varying styles, including traditional
hymns, praise and worship, and choral arrangements. Practice for
the Sanctuary Choir is held Wednesday evenings at 6:45.
Youth Praise Team
The Youth Praise Team meets on Sunday evenings at 5:00 to
practice. This group is for youth and most of the arrangements are
contemporary in style. The Youth Praise Team performs
occasionally during Morning and Evening Worship Services.
Children's Choir
Children's Choir is for children in grades 1-6 and meets Wednesday
evenings at 6:00. This program teaches children the basics of music
and focuses on worship through song.
Special Music
Central Baptist Church is proud of her musicians, both those
talented in voice and in playing instruments. Kay Van and Gloria
Williams are our pianist and organist. Linda Van sometimes plays
keyboard, Bro. Tim King occasionally plays trumpet, and various
soloists often share their talents through songs of praise during
Worship.
